A local client in Rochdale needed targeted upgrades to extend the life of their yard and keep their operations running smoothly — without the delays, disruption, or waste that often come with traditional repair works.
With areas of damaged concrete across key internal roadways, and an unused pit creating a safety and space concern, the brief was clear: carry out essential repairs, make better use of existing site materials, and deliver everything with minimal operational downtime.
The client needed a solution that would address both the structural challenges and the long-term durability of the site. PKB Civils was brought in to deliver a sustainable, well-coordinated programme — managing every phase in-house to stay firmly in control of quality, safety, and schedule.
