Not if they're planned properly. PKB Civils have been delivering groundworks on live commercial and industrial sites for over 40 years. We phase every programme around your vehicle movements, deliveries and staff access so disruption is kept to a minimum at every stage.
Cost depends on scope, ground conditions and access. PKB Civils offer a free site survey and provide a detailed, fixed-price quote so there are no surprises. Most commercial groundworks projects start from a few thousand pounds for targeted works up to six figures for full yard construction programmes.
Yes. PKB Civils are a Construction Line Gold contractor and carry full public liability and employers liability insurance. We operate to strict health and safety standards on every site and provide all relevant documentation before works begin.
No. PKB Civils deliver everything in-house with our own directly employed team. That means full control over quality, safety and programme from day one to handover.
PKB Civils works nationally on commercial and industrial sites, with completed projects in Glasgow, Sunderland, Nuneaton, Poole and across the North West. Our head office is in Rochdale, which makes Greater Manchester our busiest region, but there is no geographic restriction on the work we take. If your site is outside the North West, tell us where it is when you send your brief and we will confirm mobilisation in the survey.
