Yard Concrete Repairs in Poole

PKB Civils carried out builders merchant yard concrete repairs across two separate areas of a trade site in Poole. The deteriorated surfaces were causing damage to fleet vehicles and presenting a safety risk across the yard. Both areas needed to be properly repaired and reinforced to deliver a long-term solution that would stand up to the demands of a busy trade environment.

The works were split across two distinct locations on site. The first and larger area covered the yard entrance, where 137m² of concrete repairs were completed. To avoid disrupting the merchant’s day to day operations, PKB phased the entrance works carefully, splitting the area so vehicles could continue to gain access in and out of the yard throughout. The second area covered 50m² around the car park, which was repaired and resurfaced to bring it in line with the same standard. Across both areas, the new concrete was fully reinforced to ensure the builders merchant yard concrete repairs deliver long-term durability under ongoing vehicle loading.

The result is a significantly safer and better-surfaced yard, with both areas now properly specified and built to last. Fleet vehicle damage from the deteriorated surface has been eliminated and the site presents a safer environment for staff, drivers and customers throughout the yard.
