Paul joined the company in 2010, working his way up from site to gain a full understanding of civil engineering operations. He became Director in 2019, taking over from his father, and has since played a key role in driving the business forward.

Paul leads on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and with strong client relationships.

With over 10 years of experience in contracting management, specialising in pre-construction with some of the UK’s largest contractors, Ben joined PKB in 2022 as Director.

He led the company’s rebrand and refined its service offering to support growth. Ben now leads the pre-construction function, driving a strategic approach to project planning and client engagement.

Kim brings over 11 years of experience in the industrial services sector, managing invoices, payments, and day-to-day operations.

She officially joined PKB Civils full-time in 2022 and plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, ensuring finances and administrative processes are managed efficiently.

Lauren joined PKB Civils in 2024 and leads the company’s marketing and business development.

She oversees the website, social and video content, and overall marketing strategy, helping drive consistent inbound lead generation.

She also works closely with the sales process to improve outbound reach, refine the enquiry journey, and strengthen proposals to convert opportunities into secured projects.

Tom’s experience has given him a strong understanding of managing deadlines, contractors, and client requirements.

As Project Coordinator at PKB, he ensures every stage runs smoothly, from preparing RAMS and scheduling works to site preparation and final handover, helping deliver projects with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Laura joined PKB Civils in 2025 as Health and Safety Coordinator. She is responsible for managing health and safety compliance across all projects, including RAMS, site documentation, and procedures.

Working closely with site teams, she helps ensure works are delivered safely while promoting a proactive and consistent safety culture.

Ryan joined PKB Civils in 2025 as Surveyor and Estimator. He carries out detailed site surveys and prepares accurate, commercially viable cost estimates.

Working closely with both clients and the internal team, he helps define project scope and develop clear proposals to support efficient project delivery.
