PKB Civils is a specialist contractor based in Rochdale. We do not have a Birmingham office. Our crews and plant travel to commercial and industrial sites across the UK.
In the Midlands we replaced a failing logistics yard entrance in Nuneaton: 100m² of reinforced concrete with a brushed, slip-resistant finish, laid over a two-week programme kept tight to protect vehicle access.
Whatever the site, the approach is the same: a free survey, a phasing plan agreed with you, and one in-house team from start to finish.

Yes. Most of our work is on sites that stay open. We phase the works so vehicle routes, deliveries and pedestrian access stay clear, and agree the sequence with your site team before we start.
We walk the site with you and look at ground conditions, drainage, loading and access. You get a safety and compliance review, a budget and cost analysis, a phasing and maintenance plan, and recommendations specific to your site. There is no obligation to go ahead.
No. We only work on external commercial and industrial sites: yards, hardstandings, drainage and groundworks for logistics, ports, recycling, manufacturing and builders merchants. We do not take on residential work.
