The problem

The yard at this London trade site had fallen into serious disrepair. Plant couldn't move around freely, and staff and customers storing and handling materials faced safety risks.

What we did

  • Failed surface removed across 1,000m²
  • New 200mm deep concrete slabs, mesh reinforced
  • Works phased in sections so completed areas went back into use while the next phase was underway

The result

A safer, more efficient yard. Plant moves freely, materials can be stored and accessed properly, and the merchant didn't lose a day of trading.

Thanks guys, really happy with how this came out. The yard is great, staff can move around and we've got our space back. Will definitely be coming back to you again.
